Dental Wellness Centre will be physically closed from Wednesday 25 March in line with the New Zealand government’s action to manage COVID-19.

We will continue to be available for non-face to face consultations especially for patients requring emergency dental care. We are currently working on ways to provide online consultations and will update you on how to access this service.

Ways to contact us

We are available on the phone between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and via a live chat box on our website: located lower right of the screen everyday. Messages on the live chat may have varying response times.

Emergency Dental Services

Urgent queries will be assessed over the phone and/or video chat to determine the type of emergency care required and whether a physical visit to a clinic is necessary.

Trauma and Facial Swellings

Significant dental injuries resulting in a loose or knocked out tooth and facial swellings will usually require urgent attention and we recommend contacting us ASAP.

Dental pain relief

Most dental pain can be relieved with the right prescription medication and/or topical dental products. Our dentist will be able to prescribe medication and send the script via email to you or your nearest pharmacy.

Free delivery of our dental products is available for Elderly residents living at the Meadowbank and Remuera Retirement Villages.

*Delivery of prescription medications from Meadowbank Shopping Centre’s Life Pharmacy and Ray Pharmacy is available on request for residents of the Meadowbank and Remuera Retirement Villages.

*$5 Delivery Fee from Life Pharmacy or Free delivery from Ray Pharmacy

We are fully supportive of the government’s actions around COVID-19 and the closure of our clinic will ensure the health and wellbeing of our team, customers and community. However, if the situation evolves further, we will ensure we communicate changes as soon as we can.

The Dental Wellness Team would like to thank our customers for your ongoing support and we look forward to serving high quality dental care again soon.
